Before you start

You need an active Estonian e-Residency digital ID.

To register an OÜ online you must already have your e-Residency digital ID and be able to sign digitally with it. If you don't have it yet, apply on the official e-Residency website first.

I will never ask for your PIN codes. You sign everything yourself.

Personal help from start to submission

Personal consultation

A one-to-one call to understand your plans and check that the standard online OÜ registration fits your case.

Application preparation and submission guidance

We prepare your application in the e-Business Register together, and I guide you through signing and submitting it electronically.

Choosing your providers

Help choosing a legal address and contact person service and banking or payment providers that suit your business.

Practical first steps

Guidance on the initial setup of your new company so you know what comes next.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 01

    Consultation and eligibility

We talk about your business and confirm that you have an active e-Residency digital ID and that a standard OÜ fits your plans.

  2. 02

    Preparation and provider choices

We prepare the details of your application and choose your legal address, contact person and banking providers where needed.

  3. 03

    Guided signing and submission

You sign and submit the application yourself with my guidance. The Estonian registrar then reviews it. Review times vary and are decided by the registrar, not by us.

Our help is free. Some external costs are not.

Why free

Why is this free?

Helping entrepreneurs start well is practical support I enjoy giving, and it is a good way to build trust with people who may later need help with their business.

You stay completely free to choose your own providers and your own accountant. There is no obligation to buy anything from WorksForYou.

What's not included

Some cases need a specialist

This free help covers standard online OÜ registrations. The following situations need specialist support, and I'll tell you honestly if yours is one of them:

  • Incorporations that need a notary
  • Special or complex ownership structures
  • Company forms other than an OÜ
  • Special licences or permits
  • Regulated activities
  • Personalised legal or tax advice
  • Government and third-party charges
Optional

Need accounting afterwards?

Once your company is registered, WorksForYou can take care of your accounting. It's entirely optional and separate from this free help.

Questions

Who can use this help?

Anyone who already has an active Estonian e-Residency digital ID and can sign digitally with it, and who wants to register a standard OÜ online. If you don't have e-Residency yet, apply on the official website first.

What does free mean?

Our consultation and guidance cost €0. State fees and provider charges are separate and are paid directly by you.

What external costs should I expect?

The state online registration fee for an OÜ (€265, verified 14 October 2026 and subject to change), legal address and contact person services where applicable, and bank or payment account fees. Share capital, where applicable, is your company's money, not a fee.

Do I have to buy accounting from you?

No. You are free to choose any accountant. Our accounting service is optional.

How long does registration take?

Preparing and submitting can often be done in one guided session, but it may take more. After submission the registrar reviews the application, and review times vary. We cannot promise approval or a registration date.

Can you open a bank account for me?

No. I can help you choose providers and, where available, introduce you to bank representatives. Every bank or payment provider makes its own decision, so opening an account is never guaranteed.

What if my case is not standard?

Notarised incorporations, complex ownership, non-OÜ forms, licences, regulated activities and personal legal or tax advice need specialist support. I'll tell you if that applies to you.
