2. What data we collect

  • Consultation bookings: when you book a call through our Google Calendar booking link, you provide your name, email address and any details you choose to share.
  • Emails and messages: information you send us when you contact us directly.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (e.g. IP address, browser) needed to deliver and secure the website.
  • Account data: if you sign in to connect an AI assistant, your email address and sign-in details.

3. Why we use it and legal bases

  • To respond to enquiries and hold consultations — steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • To deliver services to clients — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To run and secure the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To understand how the site is used — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Google (calendar booking and, if you consent, Google Analytics), Lovable (website hosting, sign-in and database) and its infrastructure partners. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within a reasonable period, client records are kept as long as required by law, and analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
